Nuka Break Season 2: Shooting in the Wastes

 Happy Valentine’s day folks!

We wanted to update all of our fans with the current state of Season 2. Production has been moving along since November. We’ve been working with incredible, new talent and we’re proud of the quality that we’ve been capturing – it has exceeded all expectations. The majority of principal photography took place in Eagle Mountain, California. A filmmaker’s playground, this location not only lived up to the Fallout universe, but provided a perfect level of isolation for the cast and crew. Our office was The Wasteland. Forty young filmmakers and fans worked fifteen hours or more a day on set, cranking out some of the greatest cinema that Wayside has yet to produce.

We’re incredibly excited to share this with you and are making sure every frame is what you deserve. Your support and generosity have given us the rare opportunity to take our time and create the project we want. Many movies sacrifice quality because of evil empire control, but we’re thankful to be working for the people who matter, our fans. Thank you so much for your continued support and patience. We are so very grateful and have the highest regard for all of you.

With the lion’s share of principal photography complete, we now have some breathing room to share more content with all of you more regularly. Our friend and colleague, Matt Munson, shot hours and hours of behind-the-scenes footage and thousands of production stills. We can’t wait to show you everything, but… spoilers!

And sorry to crush some dreams (mine included) but we are currently NOT working with Bethesda on a Nuka Break/Fallout TV show.

In the meantime, here are a few more behind the scenes shots from our shoot in November. Have a wonderful Valentines day, and I will see you guys on Friday with a new Fan Friday Q&A!
